Ginger

Ginger is a device that simulates crawling movements.

Thyromotion Program

THE PABLO SYSTEM complements our therapies, making them higher quality and more engaging for our little ones. Through play (games), we achieve the desired movement.

Motomed

Motomed is a device that simulates bicycle pedaling. If a child cannot pedal independently, the Motomed does it for them.

Galileo

The Galileo vibration platform / Galileo Mano enables higher-quality exercises, primarily due to Galileo's effect on muscle tone.

Neurofeedback

Neurofeedback is a training method that teaches the brain to function under optimal conditions.

Thyromotion Program /

How does it work?

The "Pablo System" is a modern rehabilitation device for children and adults with impaired motor function of the upper and lower limbs. Every movement the patient makes is accompanied by visual and auditory feedback on a screen.

Pablo Multiball
Facilitates hand re/habilitation.
Supports rotation of the wrist, elbow, and shoulder joints (pronation and supination), as well as flexion and extension. For example: the task is for a firefighter to put out a fire at a specific location. By moving the hand to the right (pronation), the child directs the water jet. If the water reaches the target, the fire is extinguished and the child is rewarded through the game.

Pablo Stick
In addition to the above hand movements, this also enables pincer grip.

Pablo Sensor
A sensor can be attached to any part of the body.
It registers a desired movement, which the patient will then be tasked to repeat during the on-screen game.

THYMO
Thymo is a rehabilitation device that can be used in various therapy forms involving standing, sitting, and arm support positions.

Galileo /

Particularly recommended for children after SDR surgery.

We accelerate the integration of hand reflexes, primarily focusing on grip and regulation of muscle tone in the hand, arm, and shoulder.

  • Strengthens muscle strength in a short period of time. Thanks to high frequencies above 25 Hz, it produces approximately 4,500 muscle contractions in just 3 minutes.
  • Regulates muscle tone by acting through muscle spindles.
  • At lower frequencies, improves balance.
  • Provides a sense of deep proprioception and a better sense of the body in space.

Motomed /

If a child cannot pedal independently, the Motomed does it for them.

In this way, it passively increases the range of motion in the ankle, knee, and hip joints. As soon as it detects that the child can move independently, the Motomed registers this and transfers active movement to the child, achieving active leg muscle strengthening.

The Motomed also has the ability to detect increased muscle tone if it occurs during pedaling. At that moment it stops and moves the legs in the opposite direction. Just as it has a system for the legs, it also has an arm system that works in the same way.

Neurofeedback /

Neurofeedback improves attention and concentration in children with autism and ADHD.

10 Facts About Neurofeedback

  • Neurofeedback is used to treat various conditions including ADHD, insomnia, anxiety, depression, PTSD, addiction disorders, chronic migraines, autism, and epilepsy.
  • This therapeutic method is safe and painless.
  • Addiction disorders alter brain activity patterns. Neurofeedback helps restore them to their original state.
  • Neurofeedback is a standard part of astronaut training.
  • Neurofeedback increases focus and working memory.
  • Neurofeedback improves both short-term and long-term memory.
  • Recent studies show significant improvements in patients with depression.
  • Neurofeedback supports faster recovery from brain trauma.
  • Neurofeedback improves focus and concentration in children with autism and ADHD.
  • Neurofeedback is brain synapse training — like weightlifting for the brain.

The Origins of Clinical Neurofeedback

American scientist Barry Sterman was conducting sleep cycle research on cats, recording their EEGs. While feeding the cats, he noticed a specific brainwave pattern appearing just before they received food.

He had the idea to reverse the process — whenever the specific brainwave rhythm appeared on the EEG, he would give the cat a reward in the form of food.

After a while, he noticed the cats increasingly began to produce that rhythm, and it grew stronger.

Shortly after, NASA invited him to test rocket fuel that was causing epilepsy in astronauts. He exposed the cats from his previous experiments to the fuel and measured the time from exposure to the onset of seizures. He noticed that certain cats resisted seizures significantly longer — and upon checking his records, these were precisely the cats he had rewarded for the specific rhythm. They were clearly more resistant to the fuel, and a much longer period passed before they developed epileptic seizures.

Soon after, a close colleague of his was about to lose her driver’s license due to grand mal epileptic seizures occurring while driving. They decided to train the above-mentioned specific rhythm with the idea: “If cats can do it, why can’t humans?” The seizures decreased. A scientific paper was written about it. Sterman named the rhythm SMR (Sensorimotor Rhythm). He continued his scientific work in the field of epilepsy, while other researchers began exploring the further possibilities of neurofeedback.

Joel Lubar and Vincent Monastra went on to research the effects of neurofeedback on children with attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).

Neurofeedback is an excellent complementary tool that can help with the conditions listed above. It should be kept in mind that this is not a “magic machine” that will solve your or your child’s problem on its own. Consistency is required to achieve timely results.

Neurofeedback can be compared to physical therapy: just as recovering a muscle or joint requires undergoing physical treatment over a set period of time, so does neurofeedback.

Jedan trening traje 30 do 45 minuta dnevno.

Kako izgleda neurofeedback trening?

Tretman je apsolutno je bezbolan i bezbedan.

Naglašavamo da neurofeedback tretman ne podrazumeva emitovanje i slanje električnog impulsa kroz elektrode DO mozga. Upravo obrnuto!

Kako izgleda neurofeedback trening?

Kada softver prepozna kvalitetan moždani talas sledi nagrada.
